XTOOL Fail to Active and Shows ” Input is Invalid”

One XTOOL X100 Pad2 user turned to us for help that his new X100 Pad2 failed to active. When he filled in the info, the tablet screen shows “input is invalid: invalid Email, please input the right address” and then “This device still not be activated, please active it so that you could update the APP and the diagnostic software” with black screen.

Customer has been trying over 2 weeks to solve this problem but nothing happened.

He tried to change another email but fail too.

Hello my X100 Pad2 is not right .The screen upside down. Win I try to activate it says INPUT IS INVALIB s/nx100pad2-12727.

After engineer check the series number of customer’ pad, they find that customer fill with the wrong activation code and it was stored in the machine so that he could not active successfully.

Tips for active XTOOL:

1)    Please make sure your information when fill in the brand.

2)    Once you have registered with the wrong information, please reset the xtool product and then register again using the right information.

How XTOOL X100 Pad2 Program 2013 Golf 6 Key

Here is the guide on how to use XTOOL X100 Pad2 to do 2013 Golf 6 4th 5th IMMO.

Preparation:

XTOOL X100 Pad2 connect to the internet

Make sure vehicle power is 12V

New key chip

1)  Tap XTOOL 100 Pad2 IMMO -> VW/Audi -> 4th 5th IMMO

2)  Choose 4th 5th IMMO and power on ignition

3)  Choose 4th IMMO and the X100 Pad2 will identify automatically

4)  After x100 pad2 identify the car model, the screen the recommend type to choose. Otherwise, you should choose the right dashboard type according to the car model you program.

7)  There are 4 steps to learn key: read data, back up EEPROM data, generate key, learn key, recover EEPROM data.

8)  2 steps to add a new key: back up EEPROM data, add key, recover EEPROM data

1)      Register and active

Power on the XTOOL, you need to register your account first. The serial number and activation code are shown on the package you get.

After register the account on XTOOL, you need to look at the email box which you filled in when register. You will find a new email from XTOOL which contains a verification code. Fill in with the code, the activation is done.

2)      Update

After activation, you need to update the software.

Note: please update the software one by one, do not update them at the same time.

3)      Bluetooth

Before using the Bluetooth function, you need to pair the Bluetooth unit with the pad.

Tap settings -> Bluetooth

4)      Self test

When you are self testing, it is normal that there are some items are NG.
